Welcome to our Young Adults Group (Ages 18-24)!

Issues we will address in this group:

• Mental health and coping skills
• Identity issues
• Social pressures
• Family and peer relationships 
• "Adulting"

Facilitated by: Dr. Andrea Seldomridge

Andrea has a special interest in working with young adults and helping them launch and cope while they adjust to being adults. Her warm and down to earth approach helps group members feel more connected and less alone as they navigate adulthood!

Dr. Seldomridge (PSB94026434) is a Psychological Associate ​and supervised by Dr. Erica Wollerman (PSY25614).
